Warranty

While handmade with care and designed to last, the warranty for the handmade books’ structure and stitching is limited to 90 days.

Returns

Exchange or store credit is available for return of faulty goods.

Workshop cancellation

Workshop cancellations due to extreme weather or participant illness will be fully refunded. For all other participant cancellations, if cancelling within 7 days of the workshop a 20% fee will be charged.

Fire Plan

Most workshops will be scheduled outside of the annual anticipated fire season, however workshops will be cancelled if the date is rated as extreme or catastrophic fire risk.
